Fremantle UK today announces the appointment of Lisa Hardy to the newly created position of People Director, Fremantle UK.
Lisa joins as Fremantle UK continues to evolve its people strategy to support its creative and commercial ambitions. Leading the Fremantle UK’s people and culture agenda, Lisa will work closely with producers and teams across the business to embed inclusive practices into everyday ways of working, strengthen representation both on and off screen, and further foster a collaborative creative community.
Lisa joins the company in March from BBC Studios, where she played a central role in shaping culture across a large and diverse workforce, bringing teams together around shared creative and business goals. She is also a Trustee of Day One Trust, which works to broaden access to create pathways for young people into the creative industries.
